The awards

There are two main types of awards: the Sector Awards and the Student Panel Awards. Every single award within these two categories is voted on and determined exclusively by students, a fact that makes our graduate recruitment awards event unlike any other. In addition, there's also the AGCAS Award and The Rising Star Award – For the outstanding employee of the year.

Awards ceremoney

We're delighted to be working again with the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) to create this new award to celebrate best practice in graduate recruitment. Uniquely, this award will be judged by graduate recruiters who are AGR members and therefore represents the views of recruitment professionals.
