This award recognises the unique contribution made to your organisation by recent graduate recruits. The employee(s) that you nominate must have joined in the last two years and must be graduates. Include biographical details in your entry including job title and date of joining. The winner will be the employee seen by judges as having made the most effective contribution to the business, demonstrated potential and ambition to reach the top. The Rising Star award winner will be announced at the TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards on 4 April 2012 at the Grosvenor Hotel.
How do I enter?
You may enter more than one employee for the Rising Star award. Special rate for 5 entries or more. Judges will look for the following:
- Evidence of specific accomplishments that:
a) exceed the initial expectations of managers
b) contribute materially and measurably to business success
c) have positive outcomes on working environment
d) demonstrate potential and ambition. - Evidence of individual performance clearly exceeding that of peer group.
- Identification and quantification of any above average interpersonal skills and groupwork skills.
You need to complete an entry form for each employee you enter. You can download the entry form here. Entries will be judged against the criteria outlined above. For each entry, a fee of £125 + VAT is payable. For 5 or more entries, the fee is £100 + VAT per entry.
